Why can't I browse to certain serial numbers?
We do not automatically post ALL old, legacy documentation on the new site. We try to post the documentation customized for a specific rig with serial number for more recent models or for special requests.
Sometimes when I search by keywords, I expect to see documents in the results. But the do not show up in the results. Why?
Older, legacy documents are scanned into our system. These ancient documents are images (pictures of the document) and do not contain computer formatted text. Our search engine will only find documents composed of computer formatted text.
